About This Event
Are you missing out on your usual classes or activities because of Covid? If so, our weekly online Be-Strong® class has you in mind.
Rachel Allen, Chartered Physiotherapist at Mid West Physiotherapy, is hosting this live 30-minute exercise class for over-55s, which you can do from the comfort of your own home or garden.

As with any exercise programme you should stop if you become unwell, develop dizziness, or physical discomfort. You should then immediately consult a medical professional.
