We can only deliver to addresses in the Republic of Ireland.

The delivery charge is €9.00 per order.

Delivery takes 2-3 working days.

Deliveries are made on Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays. All orders will be dispatched via An Post.

If an item is out of stock, the customer will be contacted with an estimated time of arrival or offer of a refund.

How to Process a Return

Send an email to info@midwestphysio.ie with the subject line “Return Authorisation Request” and please include the following information.

The item(s) and quantity you are returning. Please include item or SKU number(s)

The reason(s) for your return. To expedite your return, please provide a specific reason for each and every item you are sending back. You may use the following list to help you.

Please note: midwestphysio.ie (trading as Mid West Physiotherapy) reserves the right to refuse to refund or exchange used or damaged products, or products not in original packaging, and/or damaged packaging.

We will respond within 1-2 business days via email with your Returns Authorisation (RA) number and returns address.

Do not affix any label to the product or original product packaging, as this will invalidate the refund/exchange.

It is recommended that you send your return package insured with a service that provides a tracking number. If we are unable to locate your return, we are unable to issue a refund.

Once we have received and processed your return, we will provide a refund via your original form of payment.

Please note: we cannot refund shipping charges or return postage.

Additional Information ABOUT RETURNS?

If you receive your order and the item(s) are faulty/damaged, we will cover the cost of the return. Please notify us of returns in advance, following the procedure outlined in Step 1 above.

WARRANTY

Donjoy Motioncare products have a limited warranty from the date of purchase against defects in materials and workmanship.

Normal wear and tear during the usage of a product is not considered a defect.
A
So​ftgoods accessories for rigid and functional bracing requested beyond the 6 month warranty will be sold separately.
