Who is this service for?
Typically, an employer will contact us for advice on how to best support an employee with a reported musculoskeletal issue that is affecting their ability to perform their normal work tasks and duties. In some cases, the employee may be off work as a result of the reported pain or injury.
Our team of experienced physiotherapists is well-versed in the assessment and management of musculoskeletal issues. We are experts in identifying the root cause of the problem and developing a personalised treatment plan to help your employee return to normal work as quickly and safely as possible.
What do we do?
As this is a tailored service, our approach depends on the need of the client. Some employers will ask us to conduct a physiotherapy assessment only, others will seek a full review including an ergonomic assessment of the workstation, tasks, workflow etc.
Our priority is to identify any potential risk factors that could contribute to musculoskeletal pain or injury. Once we report our findings, we will make recommendations to the employer that will support the employee in returning to work safely and efficiently. Recommendations might include; modifications to the work station, adjustments to work tasks, strengthening exercises or physiotherapy.

We also offer ancillary services, including in-clinic physiotherapy and functional capacity evaluations.
Our functional capacity evaluations are designed to assess an individual’s physical abilities and limitations, providing a comprehensive understanding of what tasks they are capable of performing in the workplace. This information can be used to determine the best course of action for managing the employee’s musculoskeletal issue.
