These exercises are ideal for sportspeople who are missing the gym or team training and want to keep up their strength-work. Here, Rachel uses modifications of classic weightlifting exercises, including; squats, dead lifts, bench presses and rows. You don’t need any gym equipment; all you need is an exercise band and a little bit of space.
