Sinéad Cobbe is a highly experienced Clinical Specialist Physiotherapist, who specialises in the areas of cancer rehabilitation and lymphoedema.
Sinéad has a degree in physiotherapy from Trinity College Dublin and a Masters in Clinical Therapies from University of Limerick, and has researched, written and co-authored a large number of academic papers in this area.
Sinéad operates a private lymphoedema clinic once a month at Mid West Physiotherapy. This is a specialised service for patients whose lymphatic system has been damaged by cancer treatment, radiotherapy, surgery or other conditions.

In addition to her monthly clinics at Mid West Physiotherapy, Sinéad has co-founded Thrive Breast Rehab, an independent online programme designed to support people recovering from breast cancer treatment. Developed by two highly experienced physiotherapists specialising in cancer rehabilitation and lymphoedema, the courses provide practical, evidence-based guidance to help people understand and self-manage lymphoedema risk, manage treatment-related side effects, and regain confidence in everyday life. Whether you are preparing for treatment, recovering from surgery, or living with the longer-term effects of breast cancer treatment, Thrive Breast Rehab offers practical strategies and expert advice that you can access in your own space and at your own pace.
